Frequently asked questions

Create an account, verify your email, add your game ID in Profile and open any tournament with registration open. Solo events need your in-game name and ID; duo and squad events are registered by the team captain.

Open My Games and select the tournament. Room details unlock for registered players shortly before the match (usually 15 minutes) and you also get a notification.

Go to Wallet › Add money, enter the amount, pay to our UPI ID or QR code from any UPI app, then submit the 12-digit UTR and a screenshot. Your wallet is credited after our team verifies the payment, usually within an hour.

Every payment is matched against our bank statement before it is credited. If the UTR is wrong or the amount does not match, the request is rejected and the reason is shown on the deposit page.

Deposit balance is money you added and is used for entry fees. Winning balance is prize money and is the only part you can withdraw. Entry fees use your deposit balance first.

Withdrawals are processed manually, usually within 24 hours. The amount is reserved as soon as you request it and returned in full if the request is rejected.

Every registered player is refunded automatically to the wallet balance the entry fee came from, and you are notified.

Results come from the official in-game result screen. Our team verifies the standings and approves them; prizes are then credited to the winners' winning balance.

Players aged 18 or older (or the higher age set for a game) who live in a state where paid participation is permitted, with a verified email and accurate profile details.

You can set them in Profile. After your first wallet transaction they are locked; contact support with proof to correct them.
