These Terms govern your use of the GameSense website, progressive web app and API (the "Platform"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and at least 18 years old (or the higher age shown on the Platform) to take part in paid-entry tournaments, add money or withdraw prizes.
- Paid participation is not available to residents of states or territories where it is restricted. You must provide your true date of birth and state of residence.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts and accounts created for someone else are not allowed.
2. Skill-based competitions only
All tournaments on the Platform are competitive esports events whose outcome depends on the skill of the players. The Platform does not offer betting, wagering, lotteries or any game of chance, and no one may place stakes on the outcome of a match.
3. Wallet
- Your wallet holds platform credits used to pay tournament entry fees and to receive prizes. It is not a bank account, deposit, savings or payment instrument and earns no interest.
- Money you add is credited only after our team verifies the payment against our records. Submitting false payment details leads to suspension.
- Only the winning balance can be withdrawn. Withdrawals are paid to accounts held in your own name.
- Every balance change is recorded in your transaction history with a unique transaction ID.
4. Entry fees, prizes and refunds
Entry fees and prize pools are shown before you join. Entry fees are refunded to your wallet if a tournament is cancelled. Prizes are credited after results are verified and can be withheld in case of cheating or rule violations.
5. Fair play
Cheating, hacking, emulators, teaming, account sharing or abusive behaviour leads to disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and possible account suspension. See the Tournament Rules.
6. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or applicable law. Any undisputed balance owed to you will be handled in line with applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact support with any questions.
