Refund Policy

If a tournament is cancelled, the entry fee is refunded automatically to the same wallet balance it was paid from.
If you are removed from a tournament by our team for a reason that is not your fault, your entry fee is refunded.
Entry fees are not refunded if you miss the match, are disqualified for breaking the rules, or leave the custom room.
Rejected withdrawals are returned in full to your winning balance.
Deposits credited to your wallet cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings are withdrawable.
