This policy explains what personal data GameSense collects and how it is used, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data we collect
- Account details: username, email, mobile number, date of birth, state, optional name and profile picture.
- Game details: in-game names and game IDs you add.
- Wallet records: deposits (UTR, screenshots), entry fees, prizes, refunds and withdrawals including payout details.
- Security data: login history, IP addresses, device information and session records.
How we use it
- To run tournaments, verify payments, pay prizes and prevent fraud.
- To check eligibility (age and state) for paid features.
- To send service notifications by email and in-app.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with payment and email providers needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed, sensitive values such as payout details are encrypted, and payment screenshots are stored outside the public website. Financial records are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You can access and correct your data from your profile, and contact support to request a copy or deletion where the law allows.
